- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be aware that pricing options vary depending on the situation of the project, what needs to be taken care of, how many guys it will take to complete the job, and so forth. Here at Olivares Service and Repair we acknowledge customers situations and do our best to help and provide the best services possible for the best prices possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is customer satisfaction we like to ensure the customers know we are here to help. We would go over a couple things discussing project options what would need to be taken care of, material costs, and so forth. As well as scheduling new appointments and make sure we can work with the customers schedule as well as get the job done fast.
