He’s very nice. After discussing the issue with the dryer he got busy and checked it out. The dryer needed a new part so he’ll have to return to finish the job.

JT showed up at the time he said he would be here. His knowledge and actions showed that he knew what he was as doing. He also made sure I was aware of what he was doing. I was totally pleased with professionalism and actions. We have to order a new ice maker which should be here Monday or Tuesday. I am happy with his service.
