- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary for mobile training, based on drive time. Discounts may be offered when sessions are bought in Bulk.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First will be the consultation call, followed by the free assessment. Once assessment is complete, you and your trainer will go over the results, set up your schedule, and get started. The new client can expect a Session overview email, along with some nutritional guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers have a personal training certification along with extensive knowledge on nutrition and corrective exercise.
