Positives: 1. Nice couple 2. Work quality 3. Good sod Neutral: 1. Badly inestimable measures the job size 2. Sod order 40% shortage 3. Never admitted, took responsibility or mentioned a shortage 4. Just said job was finished wanting full payment 5. They wanted more $ to complete 6. Settled on 2/3 payment to move forward with another company
