FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every attic is different. Pricing is based on a combination of factors, including size and scope of project, type of materials used, and complexity of installation. We offer upfront prices, meaning no hidden fees or surprise fees when the job has been completed. It's important to understand that while we can offer competitive rates, the cheapest option isn't always the best when it comes to insulation. Quality materials and proper installation are crucial for long-term performance and energy efficiency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation. This ensures we understand our future customer's goals, assess the existing insulation, and any problem areas. After that, a quote is provided with the best recommended solution tailored to their goal, building type, and budget. Quote will include the scope of work, materials, and timeline for service. If customer chooses to proceed, we schedule a convenient time for insulation process to begin. We offer an open-line of communication throughout the project with the customer to ensure service is being done to the highest quality. After service is done, final inspection is conducted to ensure quality of service and help with any remaining questions or concerns. With our service agreement, our customers can feel confident they are covered and will receive what they are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed extensive training in building codes, safety standards, and specific insulation materials. We also have practical experience working with construction teams on residential and commercial projects, allowing our team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of different building systems and best way to insulate them.
