Nikki was the first person that I spoke to when I began planning my wedding. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, but she was patient, she talked me through everything, and she even recommended other amazing vendors that could help bring my wedding vision come to life. She did an amazing job with all of the decor, and even when I told her very last minute (11 days before the event), that I wanted to do a dinner reception, she was able to work within my budget and decorate an amazing reception for me. I can’t wait to hire her for all of my future events.

Zoey helped us so much with my sister's engagement. We called her last minute and Zoey was so understanding and willing to work within our budget. We had a terrible experience with Doza Dezigns. I wish and hope no one ever have to face such an embarrassment & anxiety we faced on a very special & important day for our life (1st Birthday of our Lil one). We were almost crying our heart out when they didn't respond to our calls / messages for continuous 2 hours before the scheduled time and showed up just an hour before the birthday party with just one guy with a lot of decor missing which they initially agreed on.
We were told Krissy who was truly a kind person in our first meeting had an injury and couldn't reach out. We were really sorry to hear that but was expecting someone to reach out to us / or called the venue to inform to have us a chance to make some arrangements.
Due to short of time me along with my 2 of my family members (and later even some guests) helped to wrap up trying to make it to the event (inflating balloons, center pieces, stage setup, getting the spray paint from home depot)
We were delayed by an hour in our own event and had to call other guests to come a little late due to the mess. Overall all they did was the backdrop & balloon arc.
Marvin who called himself as a boss offered as $50 as discount...and kept insisting for paying the balance immediately.
We wanted to talk to Krissy about this but this guy started to judge our intentions & said he never wanted to take up our project & said irrespective of service we get paid.
Sharing one of his text response below as it was sent to us and how badly they conduct the business. I read a similar review from one of the other thumbs-rack customer but regret it now why we dint took it seriously.
"I ask Krissy not to take your account, but she she said what a great couple y'all were, but I knew I was right. But I still listened to Krissy go ahead.
Y'all never happy, even if everything went right y'all would find something to complain about and would want more deal. And y'all asked to help me, I would've work better by myself. Would it been better if I never showed up, never cared about business and just went to take care of Krissy. I wish I would've not even have wasted my time. That would've been better right.
Trust me I know exactly what you felt, we been through it. We had a party and the decorations weren't what we expected but like anything you ask for service, we paid. God means well and for what ever the reason was, he knows why things happened the way they did. So it's your call , you choose to your next move wisely. Thank you sir. "
