My experience with FlyBalloons Decor was a pleasant one. Especially handling everything through this platform, which is new to me. The balloons were gorgeous and price was within my budget. This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I was very cautious and anxious about the whole process. Elissa and her team were great! Her communication is top-tier and she is always responsive to any questions I had or any design changes that needed to be made. On the day of the event, her husband was punctual, friendly and ready to set up. He truly put my anxiety at ease. We couldn’t be happier with the balloon display provided. It was the highlight of our party! I typically do my own balloons for parties, but we wanted something big and professional for our special 18th birthday party celebration. Everyone was so impressed with the balloon display, it was the backdrop of every photo of the night, and even my husband said that it was well worth the expense of hiring someone to do it. Couldn’t recommend Fly Balloons Decor enough and will definitely be using them again!
