Code9 quoted the best price for my request for data recovery from a flash drive--a fraction of what others wanted to charge. I was able to mail the drive to them and they recovered the data the same day they received it. I paid extra for them to send me a new flash with my recovered data. The only problem was that the return package was not addressed properly so it took about two weeks to receive it. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5. I would use them again.

Context: I had a few very important emails to retrieve from my .pst folder of outlook. This was in a 7 yr old laptop that had a dead Hard Disk. OS wasn't booting at all. This is when I put up my requirement on thumbtack. Although I received many responses it was only Harry Stein who sounded impressive. He spent over an hour trying to understand my problem and doing some initial troubleshooting (Mind you, this is all even before I hired him). Given the nature of problem, I had to handover my laptop to Harry for further investigation and repair. I wouldn't say his rates are cheap but it was definitely value for money. My experience: Harry immediately started working on the issue and I have receiving regular updates on the progress. Even though it took over 18 hours to duplicate/clone the hard disk, he was patient. Not only he was successful in retrieving the folder, he also offered to refresh my laptop (replacing hard disk, setting up new OS and tweaking for performance) at no additional cost. I now not only retrieved my emails but also have a working laptop that my family can play with. Thank you Harry! World needs people like you. God Bless !
