Have had wonderful experience even though we did not go ahead with repair because I was provided with an honest feedback that it might be better to buy a new one as the service charges and the replace cost might be similar to a new new equipment

Nelson Family came in and tried to repair my treadmill. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not have parts available. No pressure to try other replacement parts just straight up facts. Would definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repair and assembly jobs are a $50 service call for us to come out and then $40-50/ hr for diagnostics and labor. If an additional visit is needed to replace parts, only hourly labor costs will apply for those visits. For instant bookings, prices and estimates are discussed in confirmation on (and appointments may be cancelled if customer is unhappy with pricing). For all other leads, prices and estimates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
