I'm so glad I found this company. I had a new window which was installed incorrectly by another company. The original company was being very difficult. Juan from Stout Glass was willing to send someone out the next day to repair my window! Moses came on time first thing in the morning and identified the issue immediately. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. This company had excellent communication too! The price was reasonable as well.

I need one double pain window to be replaced and the second one repaired. I reached out to Stout Glass and Juan immediately responded. This was all on a Tuesday night. He came to the location according to schedule, reviewed what needed to be repaired & replaced. He spoke with me about it and provided the cost. I put down a very small deposit, and the next day, he along with another coworker completed both the windows in a timely manner. I inspected both windows to make sure everything was in working order, which it was. Juan made sure he took all the debris with him as well. Which I was excited about because most contractors don’t do that. I paid him and he left. I will use Stout glass in the future for any window projects and refer him to others. Thanks Stout Glass.
