- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair upfront pricing. We give a quote and it stands. We more than likely can beat out all competitors and still provide a great service and outstanding warranty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to our customers to fid out exactly what they are looking for. We will Provide education and help make a decision based on budget and targeting problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Class III water treatment specialist that runs our installation crews and all of our guys have been trained for at least 2 years. Its so important to have educated guys installing your equipment. If they don’t understand the process of water treatment then how can they understand the installation?
