What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer custom quotes and pricing for every project.
All quotes include a brief summary detailing scope of work, equipment details, and creative outline.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to discuss the project on a creative call to hear each client’s vision for their project.
My workflow then follows the same basic structure on every project:
1. Pre-production
2. Production
3. Post-production
I provide total creative services in the pre-production stage. Scripting, location scouting, shoot scheduling... whatever you need to gameplan your project.
The production stage is very simply the actual photo shoot or video production in studio or on location. I provide fully scalable production options ranging from single-shooter to full-crew productions.
Finally, the post-production stage occurs during final editing and delivery. This consist of photo retouching and editing along with video editing, color correction, and text/graphic animations. All photos are delivered in high-res image files, and all videos are delivered in HD (1080p) or UltraHD (4k).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 10 years of experience in video production and professional photography, including production of over 200 broadcast TV ads.
