He came yesterday and fixed the problem with the sprinkler box and came back today under the threat of rain to fix the problems with the sprinklers. Was right on time each day and kept me up to date on times and etc. Price was good, too.

Details: No repairs, only maintenance • Timer needs to be reprogrammed • Sprinkler direction or spread needs to be readjusted

Marco arrived an hour earlier than the appt time but that was ok. He immediately knew what needed to be fixed and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The job was done in an hour. He told me some other things that was recommended to be done, i.e. raise and adjust sprinkler heads and replace controller. I told him I was on a budget and just wanted an estimate for now. He understood and wasn’t pushy about getting me to do the other things. I am very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I definitely recommend Turfcure for your sprinkler needs.

Technician arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled. Technician did text me a 1/2 hr past my scheduled time window to let me know he was running late. After showing up, the technician, Helio, and I went over the issues that my sprinkler system had. He then took his time, being very thorough, and activated the sprinkler system, one zone at a time. He marked every sprinkler, that had issues, with colored flags. Each colored flag identified what the sprinkler issue was. The technician then discussed every flagged sprinkler head, and told me what he needed to do. The technician then provided me with an estimate for repairs which showed the time length to fix the system, the parts and how many were needed, and total cost. I then gave him the OK to start the work. The technician then started to fix each sprinkler. After 2.5 hours working on my sprinkler system, the technician then had me watch each zone and sprinkler head as he showed me what he did and how the sprinkler was now working compared to prior working on them. The technician was very professional, very thorough and took his time to discuss the fix for each sprinkler head. Overall, I’m very happy with the work, professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service provided by the technician (Helio).

Helio did a great job once he arrived. Communication would have been nice that the tech was running behind. Once he arrived - he got straight yo work then once he examined the system he explained everything. Very thorough. Great job and inexpensive. Would definitely use again
