- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I'm traveling to you there is a travel fee. Other than that, everyone get's the same price with no discount, unless I've worked with you previously.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See what their needs are and assess the problem. Come up with a plan or troubleshoot the issue. Give options on what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the IT field for over 11 years. I've come across pretty much almost everything.
