Sam did a great job listening to my concerns, diagnosing the problem, and working to find solutions that fit my budget. While there were several issues happening with the roof, he helped me prioritize the need level of each and provided an outline of how to solve all of the problems over time. He worked with efficiency, kindness, compassion, and attentiveness to my needs. I will definitely be using him in the future to address other roofing concerns.

Bought.a home just 6 months that supposedly had a new roof installed less than a year ago. Yesterday woke up to finding a leak in the master bedroom coming through the roof during a light rainstorm. Turns out the the previous roof work cut some corners. Rotten wood, missing flashings and more. Sam and his team provided me a generous quote, were very professional and kept me posted all along the way. I highly recommend this team.
