I am very pleased with the roof repair. Sam contacted me right away after the inquiry and explained how they would repair the roof. He written up a contract per my request documenting all the things that will be done to the roof. He showed up when he said he would. All debris was picked up and hauled away. See before and after pictures.

Sam came out within an hour of our initial contact to do the roof inspection. He walked around with me to explain the things that needed fixing to get the roof back to perfect. I told him we weren't looking to get the roof back to perfect and just wanted the garage ridge caps replaced and the flashing around the chimney fixed. He said great, adjusted the price, and he and his team showed up the next day to do the job. They seemed to do a good job and did some extra work that wasn't covered in our agreed price. Sam was exceptionally responsive, punctual, and very clear explaining issues in everyday person terms. We'll call him again when the next hurricane damages our roof.
