I rarely give out 5 star reviews, but I have to tell you, JHW has earned it!
We have had a relationship for well over a year now, and from the moment I met Jaymes, he has taken my calls immediately. He has done everything he ever said he’d do and has always kept me in the loop. He has consistently brought my rents up to market value, and handled every crisis. When there was a fire at my property (tenant was smoking in bed), Jaymes handled this nightmare scenario with ease.
He’s simply the best property manager I have ever known. I can’t recommend him enough.
