Needed help troubleshooting a Nest thermostat installation. Started my search at 10:20 am on a Monday; he messaged me immediately, and said he would be here between 12-2 pm. David (the owner) arrived at 12:10. He knew his stuff, picked up and cleaned up where I messed up! Had my Nest re-installed, online and my app set up by 12:45. Can’t really go without AC on a fall Houston day with a high of 87. Grateful for the quick response and the quality work.
