As soon as I put my request in, I received a message. I responded and he showed up within the hour on a Saturday. He looked at everything, found two areas of concern, fixed those and then just did maintenance on both my outdoor unit and upstairs as well as blew out all the drain lines. He was very professional and even though it was a small crawlspace he had to get to, the job got done. He will be my AC guy from now on. This is only the third person I’ve ever hired to come into my home to fix something ever in life because I usually fix things myself, this is also the third person I’ve gotten from Thumbtack!

John was very professional. From the time I first contacted him to the time he came to my house was exactly as stated. He took his time to troubleshoot my system, from the attic well up to the unit outside. When he found the problem, he took vidoes-explained the solution(s) and the various options to get it fixed. His price was the best I got after speaking to a couple of other technicians. Many other concerns found like clogged drain lines of both units (that was not in our original agreement), he took his time to vacuum and it was rectified. He even did some capentry work, taking off a portion of the fence to reach the unit. He replaced the removed portion too perfectly. I got an air-condition Master's degree as John continued to teach me what he was doing without any reservation. He promised to come back and check the installed unit in a few days to ensure effective running. I trust that he will come. Overall, I would hire him again anyday and recommend his services to anyone that desire a good job done.
