10/10 recommend move into a home and still had left over trash from the pervious owners and lots of boxes from unboxing. He came and although it was more than expected and some crazy stuff in the trash cans from the pervious people he came very professional gave a new price but it wasn't crazy and was able to be done in 30 minutes !
