- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Our fees are determined at the onset of the project and will be fully communicated to you before we begin work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can answer many questions over the phone; however, we will need to do an on-site survey to estimate the project cost and timeline. Once you approve the project, we work hard to stay within the agreed-upon budget and time constraints, and typically complete jobs ahead of schedule.
