I worked with Luis to have my panel switched out and breakers labeled, this took some time to do based on weather and work by others. However now that the new has been installed, the door cannot closed and additional charges for getting this resolved requested. This is totally unacceptable after the job has been paid for and the door does not work leaving my breakers exposed to heavy rains. Customer service seems to be in short supply since everyone seems busy these days.

Panel was left in working order. Outdoor style panels come with integrated latches, by code. Sometimes they are a little tricky for the inexperienced. Customer owes additional $500 in extra work. Claims general contractor is responsible for payment. I had no contract with general contractor, which denies responsibility of payment. Just trying to recoup moneys owed.

Luis installed my transfer box for the generator and Soft Start for my air conditioner which will save on electricity and power startup to the generator. If you need an excellent electrician that will explain exactly what he’s doing and how to use your system once it’s complete, then Luis is your guy.
