While finishing the sink, you dumped them in, adding more work. Your impatience only hindered our efforts. We adhered to your instructions not to touch pantry shelves, but some items were displaced while sweeping the floor. Yes, a tool and a cap were left behind. Minor oversight. You paid full price despite us not cleaning the bedrooms, which was part of the quote. Hallways are typically included unless specified otherwise. We did sweep an adjoining hall, but the main hall was missed due to time constraints. Professional cleaners shouldn’t need to borrow supplies. However, in this case, the unexpected state of your house led us to ask for Lysol. Your house was far dirtier than anticipated for a standard 2-hour clean. We have a high rating on Thumbtack for a reason – we don’t tolerate unreasonable expectations and lack of communication.
