I recently lost a partner, and was juggling a move during his illness so you can imagine the rushed (messy) job of packing that I did. After he passed, I haven't been able to do anything because well, grief is a vicious cycle of emotions. It started to get overwhelming which is when I looked up organizers and this business came up! The reviews you see are NOT an exaggeration. The team is absolutely amazing and sweet. I was a bit embarrassed having to get someone else to clean up my mess, but from the first message with Monika to the moment she and Martha finished the job, I felt very supported and she kept reassuring me that this is why she does what she does. To help people out when life gets too much. It's obvious that Monika loves what she does and she loves her clients as well. She worked with the limited space I had, and helped me understand how to organize things better. She truly is a magician at this thing! I keep going in and out of my rooms to get another look because I finally have a place I can call home. Thank you so so so much!!

This is my first time ever having anyone come into my home to organize but unfortunately life became too overwhelming and I needed the help. I’m just so emotional about it because even before they even left my home,the difference is night and day. I was at work and my son was home but she kept me completely updated and made sure to ask questions about what to keep or throw and sent pictures. Super nice,super professional and absolutely makes you feel like you have been friends for years. That and how she completely motivated my son as well. He’s been so helpful thanks to these amazing ladies. I HIGHLY recommend using this incredible organizer and her assistants. When I tell you I was beyond embarassed and ashamed of the condition of my room,and she just looked at me and said “don’t be this is what we do,we got you” and they do. I booked her the same day she came to do the estimate. I’ve never been this impressed before. I’m in awe. Thank you for what you do and for what you’ve done for me and my son. Thank you to the moon and back.

MKC Services exceeded ALL our expectations!! Monika and her staff were very thorough and organized. They saved us so much time. If we were to do the work ourselves, it would have taken 3 days at least! Our packing task was not an easy one. However, Monika and her staff did in 4 hours what would have taken us forever!!!! I will definitely be using her services again…and won’t hesitate recommending her to friends and family! WE ARE OVER THE MOON HAPPY !!!

We moved to Port St. Lucie on 2/19/22 and hired Monika and her team on 2/21/22. BEST. DECISION. EVER. We moved across the country and were so overbuy combining a doctors office and our home. We needed unpacking, organizing, deep cleaning, and ultimately to hire a permanent service to come in weekly to clean. She is absolutely amazing. We also worked with her team Kimberly and Maria and it was nothing but amazing. They’re professional, helpful, EXTREMELY THOROUGH. She leads her team with efficiency and integrity. If you are at all doubting the service due to cost or simply because it’s a big decision…Don’t. You will not regret hiring Monika.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    * All our Specialist Organizers on Staff have been properly trained by our International Professional Organizer (Company Owner) Monika Caballero. Organizing Services: —> For SMALL PROJECTS we recommend: *$65/hr w/ 1 Professional Organizer = $260-$325 (4-5hrs minimum) —> For MEDIUM PROJECTS (one area) we recommend: *$85/hr w/ 2 Organizers = $340 (4hrs minimum) —> For BIG PROJECTS (one area) we recommend: *$100/hr w/ 3 Organizers = $400 (4hrs minimum) --> Up to 5 Organizers ($45/hr/Professional) can be requested when needed. --> An 8hrs Team can be book. --> TRAVEL TIME will be Added if you are 30 minutes away from our Main Office at *****. --> A 45% Deposit will be collected to Confirm/Schedule the appointment. --> You can provide as well the organizing items. --> $65 for 1hr Shopping (Organizing Items needed) --> Items cost needs to be reimburse (receipt will be provided) after the service.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    - After our first phone call we will schedule a walkthrough via video call or in-person to start building a unique plan for your project! Travel time will be added if needed (please read FAQs "pricing"). - You can provide Videos / Pictures to see the space. - We will ask for a few desire dates to complete the project and we will pick the one that meet both our schedules. - We will talk about organizing items that you might need to build a system for your project. - We can utilize what you have. - We can suggest you what items we will need and you will make the purchases. - We can make the purchases for you (please read the FAQs pricing) - 50% deposit will be requested to Schedule/Confirm the appointment. - If Travel Time will be added, on the date of the service we will Share out ETA with you for more accuracy. - The rest of the payment will be collected after each service.
