- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide project and repair estimates based on the amount of time and materials needed to complete the project. We also provide adjustments for Seniors, Veterans, and Military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial speaking with client on the phone, we will determine whether on onsite consultation is needed or a service technician/s will just be sent to the client's home to complete the project. There is no charge for the initial onsite consultation. When the project has multiple phases, we will provide an estimate of the costs for the client to approve and review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are trained experts and experienced in working directly with Homeowners, Seniors, Property Managers, and Investors.
