We provide a free consultation to discuss your project in detail and offer a customized quote outlining the project scope, materials, labor costs, and timeline. We rarely offer discounts, but focus on competitive pricing that reflects the quality of our work and materials. There may be additional fees for permits or unforeseen complications, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be clear and collaborative: Free Consultation: We'll discuss your vision, assess the project, and answer your questions. Project Proposal & Quote: We'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and cost. Contract & Scheduling: Once you approve, we'll finalize the agreement and schedule the project. Project Updates: We'll keep you informed throughout the project with regular communication and progress updates. Project Completion & Inspection: Upon completion, we'll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction and obtain any necessary permits or inspections.
