Yesterday, I was desperately seeking a budget friendly repair company to get my garage door properly fixed so it would fully close before the Winter storm hits tonight. 😰 After reading MRS’s positive reviews, I requested an estimate and within 2 hours their tech Dustin arrived! Dustin was very kind, considerate and patient during my long stressful process of trying to come up with the rest of the funds for the quoted estimate. (Hard Times) This guy is such a great person he was able to get me $130 worth of discounts so I could afford for him to repair it! I will forever be grateful for his compassion of helping others in a bind!

Dan was my installer, when he arrived he quickly explained my options to repair my "China" Torsion Springs (Wayne Dalton) or to convert it to an external spring system which he already had on the truck. I opted to convert it. Dan immediately got to work and was very diligent and professional working very neatly and organized. He was very knowledgeable and made additional adjustments to the operation of the door that he discovered could be a little bit better. He worked on our home like it was his home, taking care the entire time. I will recommend MRS to anyone needing garage door work!!!
