Alvarez Construction went above and beyond in all the little details to make the repairs and clean up of our home top-notch! They did an excellent job repairing the siding. matching the paint color, repairing our balcony railing and cleaning off the roof of debris, etc. They charge reasonable prices and spend the time to get the job done right- highly recommend them!

I had two jobs quoted for my home. I executed one so far. My fence had wood rot & had started to lean after the last big wind storm. I had the fenced completely replaced & design improved such that the next strong wind won’t tear it down. Contractor provided immediate response to my request, came over in person & we talked through the details of the project. I asked for a written quote & received it before job started. Job was done well & in one day. My fence looks great! I will be executing my 2nd pergola repair project next.
