FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We listened to our customers and have come up with an easy way for you to budget for our pest control services with us here at Preventive Pest Control. Most pest services are charged at a low monthly rate and your home is serviced on a quarterly service cycle (4 times each year). Some pests that you may have issues with such as rodents or termites require an inspection that we will do at no cost. Our licensed inspector will be able to let you know exactly what needs to be done to take care of these pests immediately after that inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive a lead inquiry from you, we will reach out to you right away to answer any and all questions that you may have about our pest service. Our office staff is EXCELLENT with our customers and will help you understand exactly what needs to be done to take care of whatever pest you are having an issue with. We also have video links that we can send to you to help you see our company in action for most pests that we cover. We don't move forward with service until you feel comfortable with what to expect from us here at Preventive Pest Control. Any paperwork to get services started can be emailed to you and is very easy to sign digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Preventive Pest Control has experience for more than 20 years in dealing with all types of pests from ants, spiders, and roaches to other pests that can present significant health or structural issues like termites, bed bugs, or rodents. Continued training is important to us here at Preventive and we travel all over the country each year to attend industry seminars and research facilities to make sure we are staying current with new research in all areas of our industry. We have attended Rodent Academies in New Orleans, Dallas, and New York, Bed Bug Boot Camps in New Jersey, and Termite training in many different areas including a research and development training at the University of Florida.
