- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing but rather the circumstance(Corporal Budget/Individual Personal), customers who requested over 3 hrs of work who reference another party for my service is subject for a future discount(screenshot text message, forward reference email. i.e. some proof of a party referenced). Some holidays are subject to discounted prices. Watch the bio for price change mentions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually prefer to call to touch base, hear their voice and vision! I seek to comfort customers by allowing them to peer into a few portfolio's surrounding their demand(headshot/event photography, etc.) for referencing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been under a Marketing Group as well as a Event Planning Company under 2 years but prior initially I just bought a Canon w/a desire to capture time. I've desire to learn as I shoot every shot.
