I have done this a long time, am very good at it and it is my full time career and I love it.
All my work is guaranteed, if I made a mistake or equipment failure for some very rare reason you will never pay, I shoot multiple shots and cameras to help account for this type of error. if its an editing preference those edits are made. I will never require final payment until you approve all media.
Have a couple of dings to my ratings, so adding this. Wedding photography and videography will take extra time to edit, because those memories are that important to you. I do send a few quick edits for announcement purposes, but the full set can take weeks and weeks, especially when editing large amounts of photos. For most other events next day tournament is common. Please lets discuss turnaround time prior to booking. Customer service is important and so are beautiful photos and video, which does take time to edit.

Lee Beckman was the videographer for my daughter’s wedding, and he was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and professional throughout the entire process.
He arrived early, set up cameras in positions, and captured all the key moments of the ceremony, reception, and speeches. He worked diligently throughout the event and delivered the first set of footage the very next day, which was incredibly fast. He even prepared an edited version for me, which I truly appreciated.
I am very happy with what I received and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and professional videographer.

Lee was great from the first time I reached out up until he delivered my photos and videos after the event. He was on time, professional, responsive, and did a fantastic job. You can tell he is experienced because he got a lot of great footage for our video and beautiful photos, both direct and off guard. I should have communicated better on how important photos of the little details were to me because some things I didn't get to see beforehand or setup. No complaints with him though he was awesome. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him 10/10.

I don’t usually write reviews but Lee’s work made me. I hired him for proposal event and he was absolutely fantastic. It was a rainy day but he reached the venue early on to asses the situation and camera angles. He managed to capture both photos and videos by himself at top most quality. The video editing was exactly the way I imagined or even better than that. I have hired few photographers in the past from thumbtack but Lee was by far the best by huge margin. I would highly recommend him for photography, videography and cinematography!

Lee was the videographer at our recent wedding. Prior to the wedding day, he was a pleasure to communicate with and easy to reach. Right before the wedding, we decided to play a slideshow of photographs and Lee was available to us at the last minute and put together a great slide deck. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and make the entire process less complicated, including pricing. I tend to charge a flat rate range based on needs. If that changes for any reason I discuss with client why and how to keep costs low. I understand budget and willing to work with clients as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am patient and want to explain the process, needs and expectations. I need to get to know the need, be it a logo, print material, website or other media project. I encourage questions want to make the client happy. I do my share of hand- holding when needed. I try and offer clarity to what can be overwhelming when starting a business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not much changes with designing a logo, I used pen and pencil in the good old days and then transferred to the digital world. The web however is always changing, I need to always stay up to date on trends and technology and do so via podcast and news.I use the latest software and updated hardware to keep up to date on the latest tools to design. My formal education is in psychology and all art/media/marketing training if from life/professional experience and informal training.
