- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the same great service as a big competitor without the huge overhead. My background with bigger company was Quality control and Installation Manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is setting up a timeframe that the customer has time to really go into detail on what they would like to have done to make sure we are all on the same page
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes and certified also in electrical we have Journeyman and Master License with our company.
