Don’t usually leave reviews but I’ll leave one here cause it deserves one. Craven came out the very next day on time. Gave me a quote. It was way out of our budget. Israel the technician spoke to Justin the owner of the company told him our situation and not only did we deny him once but twice and Israel the tech still tried to get the job cause he knew being new business owners we were on a budget. Not only was the determination and consistency Justin and Israel showed they wanted our business but they just wanted to help us out. Thank you so much craven electric and crew. Israel did a great job and did it so fast. They know what they’re doing. Look no further… use craven… period.

My first experience with Cravens started Friday when my kitchen ceiling lights blew a fuse . Called their number spoke with Monica who took all the information and was so kind. Technicians John and Tracy came out on time very professional and their customer service was out this world. While they were here I had them to put up out photocell floodlights. John told me while putting up the photocell light that it was defective to order another one and they would could back free of charge and put the new one up. I order the new light overnight delivery and like John and Tracy promised they were here Monday morning to put up the new. Shout out to John & Tracy for coming back out two times they are great workers but much more awesome people that care about the customer. Cravens prices are very reasonable and affordable they’re not out to squeeze every penny for you. They provide excellent service at an affordable price. Once again shout out to the Craven team John, Tracy, Monica, Christy for making my first experience with your business an easy and painless one. I’ve already passed your company name on to my neighbor who is looking for a company with integrity and character to do some work in his home I shared with him my experience with Cravens Electrical he stated they will be his first choice when contacting about getting some work done in his home. Once our Service Expert assesses your project, they can provide you with options that will work best with your situation. Weather it is a new project, remodeling, troubleshooting, or you've been told it couldn't be done; we'll get it taken care of.
