- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will schedule you a two hour arrival window and we will call you to let you know that we are headed your way. We value your time and only want to serve you on the highest level. Once our Service Expert assesses your project, they can provide you with options that will work best with your situation. Weather it is a new project, remodeling, troubleshooting, or you've been told it couldn't be done; we'll get it taken care of.
