A sizeable chunk of Sheetrock fell from the ceiling in my bedroom and I had to find a reliable person to repair it. Now the problem was the Sheetrock is very old and, in places, it had been degraded by water drips from condensation of AC ducts. So, I was anxious about it since I really don’t have extra money to replace the entire ceiling. Rafael answered right away, and after I sent a few pics, he gave me a price and an appointment for the repairs the following Saturday. He arrived a bit early, and got right to work. Nowadays I’m a bit uneasy about a stranger coming in, but I felt very comfortable with Rafael after I met him. He and his helper worked quickly and efficiently, and the repair looks amazing. He was careful to explain potential problems I might have and went out of his way to be accommodating. I will definitely call Rafael again. He’s the best!
