I called and asked them to repair one toilet that was leaking. The service charge was $39 - which was low compared to other quotes. I told them my wife would be at the house. My wife told me that when the service man arrived she told him about the one toilet that needed to be fixed. He then proceeded to survey all of the toilets in the house and told my wife they were all leaking and had to be replaced. He suggested to replace all of the toilets at a cost of $4,000!!!! When my wife said no, and tried to steer him back to the one toilet - he then suggested to repair all of the toilets at a total cost of $800!!! She then demanded that he just fix the one toilet and that ended up being $279. I'm not sure how these guys are compensated, but they apparently think that they must sell more than what the customer needs. I've used Radiant before and didn't have a problem, but this was just simply outrageous!!
