He is extremely knowledgeable, about both the market and everything having to do with once you go under contract. He is always available and will answer your questions promptly. If he doesn't know them then he will find out and let you know asap. Chase helped my husband and I find our new house in Magnolia TX. Chase was always available for our questions or concerns and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. I am a little high-strung and probably would have tried to take over a few times but Chase made me feel so secure that he was taking care of us so I knew I didn't need to do anything. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Chase Smith and his brokerage to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a house. He is awesome at what he does so definitely 10/10 would recommend!"See more
