- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency and value. Every offer has a clear breakdown, whether it’s a flat-rate consulting package or a one-time project fee. We don't believe in hidden charges—what you see is what you get. Some services come with optional add-ons or tiered pricing depending on your needs, and we also offer flexible payment plans on select packages to make the investment more manageable. From time to time, we offer bundled service discounts or early-bird pricing for events and programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a discovery call or intake form to get clarity on where you are and where you're trying to go. From there, we either match you with the right package or build a custom solution based on your goals. We focus on alignment—whether it’s a single project like branding or a full business setup, we make sure you understand the process and timelines every step of the way. Communication is ongoing, and our goal is to keep things as smooth and collaborative as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder comes from a background in business development, strategic planning, and digital marketing, with certifications in areas like project management, grant writing, branding, and automation platforms. The Bizsentials team collectively brings experience from corporate, nonprofit, and startup sectors, along with hands-on knowledge from actually launching and running successful ventures.
