When working with a customer looking to renew their fence, I typically start by scheduling a consultation to assess their needs and preferences. During this meeting, I discuss their goals, budget, and timeline for the project. I then provide them with a range of design options, material choices, and cost estimates to help them make an informed decision. Once the customer has selected their preferred option, I schedule the installation, ensuring clear communication and quality workmanship throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do personally training my fence installation crews to provide the best quality, focus on thorough onboarding and ongoing training. Provide detailed instructions and demonstrations on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Encourage open communication, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards.
