Our prices vary from job to job and are dependent on the service you are looking for, the size and complexity of the project, and our involvement. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our first priority is to gain an understanding of our client’s needs to develop a scope of work. To do so, we like to meet on-site with the client or to meet at our office in Clear Lake so we can discover what they like or don’t like. Once we define the scope of work, we are then able to provide a proposal for our services which will be submitted to our client within a few days of the meeting. Prior to signing any contracts, we typically offer preliminary designs with 3D renderings to ensure that our client has a clear idea of what their final product will look like. We work with our clients throughout the process and enjoy getting to know them throughout the design process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been designing homes and involved with construction services for over 30 years. Throughout my tenure in this industry, I have had the opportunity to work in several positions, from the bottom of the totem pole and now as the CEO of my own company. My son and co-owner of the company is a structural graduate engineer and building designer with over 10 years of experience working in the oil and gas and construction industry. Our diverse portfolio and experiences allow us to quickly identify a client’s project needs while also being able to anticipate any issues that may impede the progress of a project.
