When a washing machine goes out in a busy household, you need it repaired quickly. I made a next day appt. The tech called to let me know his arrival time, installed a new drain pump and was finished within an hour. He did a great job cleaning up and even put my washing machine back in place. Very happy with the service I received.

YouTube had me thinking I could repair my own garbage disposal. After the erosion was so bad, I recognized I could not and reached out to this team on a Sunday. Unfortunately the news I was given about my freezer was bad news and the part needed to repair plus labor would be nearly the cost of a new freezer, but the advise given was honest and as professional as you’d hope somebody would give. Based on the information I was able to replace a new freezer that day and not risk losing any of the food I had. Will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

FIXPRO was amazing! I was expecting to send a request for my dishwasher repair in the evening and get a call back the following morning, but I received a call back almost immediately. My appointment was booked within minutes for the following morning. Jay showed up early within the promised 2hr window, and got to work right away diagnosing the issue. Other than the time he had to spend driving to get the part needed, the repair took no time at all. And even then, he called to check in every step of the way to make sure my schedule was still good to continue on. Not only would I recommend fixpro again, I’m going to have them back to check on my range soon.
