Neil came to my apt for inspection. He is puncutural, knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and made some recommendations to me. He is conscious about the costs to his clients. Given no evidence by the animal has been traced, he recommended that I gather evidence before hiring him for help.

Nels was very knowledgeable and shared so much information with me. I had no idea how clever some of these raccoons can be. My house is now animal free and has a 12 month warranty. Would highly recommend! He took photos to document the process. Which I appreciated since it was on the roof and couldn't see what was going on. Would never known I had such a big hole or how well it was fixed.

Nels was amazing! I have been putting out traps and bait for months. He came in and explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. He said he took the animals something like 15 miles away so they wouldn't come back. Would highly recommend!!!!!
