- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wont always be the lowest cost but i will most certainly keep my word. And if the service doesn’t meet your standards then i wont ask for the final payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my discovery and inspection is completely free. You have a full understanding of both scope of problem and how I intend to fix it. I try and be as transparent as possible so i can limit what you need to ask.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years industry knowledge and my grandfather was a general contractor for 50 years in this city. I learned a lot from him. I have a network of referral partners from carpenters to electricians, flooring guys and roofing guys. I was also in the U.S. Navy for 6 years and developed a never say die attitude when it comes to problem solving.
