Ivan, Stephanie and their team offered professionalism and personal integrity that went far above the norm. My home had some rodent activity in the attic that I needed help with, but I did not want to cause suffering, and cause as little death as possible. Ivan chose to consider this ethical issue and he agreed to experiment with rodent removal without using industry-standard glue boards which cause a great deal of suffering. This decision was not, in the moment, the simplest or most economical, but he was willing try it in order to evolve his business in new directions. I will fully recommend The Restoration Attics to anyone in need of their service, not only b/c of their many forms of non-lethal humane relocation of snakes, birds, bats, raccoons, possums, and other animals, but because of his willingness to break from standard practice to try something new for the sake of less harm and suffering.
