- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $79 service charge on all calls during business hours. I have flat rate prices for repairs, you will approve charges before any repair is made
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ill ask for information such as name,address,phone,email ect. youll get notification once i schedule the call and also get notification when im on the way. once im there ill ask questions to see what the issues you are having before i look at your equipment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a trade school in 2004, have epa license and hold kansas and texas contractor licensees
