- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a flat price for our projects.This means you know exactly what your going to pay. Sometimes we cannot see the unforeseen, like when we tear out a bathroom or kitchen. Whats visible to the eye may not always be the end result do to unexpected problems on the inside of the walls. We run into termites, mold, mildew, rotted wood, etc. Those things can result in further charges. I try to be fair and offer an explanation when those things come up. Its important these things are explains to all our customers. The other way our pricing changes is because we are a one stop shop and provide all home improvements many of our customer will have us do other things at their home and we are happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We set up an appointment, we offer a free estimate most of the time. We give our customers an estimate and if we are the company for our company we schedule a date to start the project. I also try to offer a finish time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With modern technology and social media we are always looking for new ways to offer the latest in home improvements that can be more cost efficient for our customers.
