- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The many different Service Options generally have their own Set Pricing Schedule, however, because we cater to each persons individual needs, the pricing schedule can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with them through a referral program such as Thumbtack, and then if we choose to get deeper into details, I like to share my phone number with them to further the conversation. Depending on the need of the individual, I will set an appointment to meet or schedule the service to be completed. Then we will invoice the customer, and with all the many payment options, the individual then has choices that fit their need. We allow up to 72 hours for online invoices to be paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full time student taking a few semesters off to build my business. My focus is Business.
