Polite, proficient, and efficient - had parts once he arrived and knew how/what to fix, very responsive with messages. Back in business! When appliances break it is great to have it completed as soon as possible and done well! We appreciated Smooth Appliance Repair! CLEAN! He also took trash away and was very conscientious about not creating a water mess! Will definitely use again.

Frank was so amazing and knowledgeable on repairing my washer that I’ve had multiple people work on and he was the only one to get it back up in running the exact same day !!!
