- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with their budget most of the time. Ingredients change in prices all the time and sometimes it's a bit hard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually work through email or text so every detail we talk about are written down and responds right away. I do meet with clients as well if that's what they prefer. I'm also pretty good at openly communicating with my clients about what their expectations are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self-taught through watching tutorials and YouTube videos. I took a few classes from the internet as well for specific designs.
