I received an inspection of the chimney for a potential cleaning and he told me it could actually be put off for another year. I appreciated the honesty. He could have told me it was disgusting and charged me for an unnecessary cleaning but he didn't. While he was here he also gave me a quote for cleaning our HVAC system. In my opinion it was a fair price and we will be going with them when we choose to move forward with that.

From the first interaction, All United Home services was different in how quikcly, kindly and personably they reaponded. I needed a weekend appointment and they arrived as scheduled on Christmas Eve morning. And didn’t charge extra for the holiday. Gave me an honest take on the situation with my fireplace and chimney needing new flashing and extensive crown repair and a fair price. All the work accomplished on the same day as they came out to clean and inspect. They were all-around the easiest contractor team I’ve dealt with in months in my new home and I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

I have not used my fireplace in years and want to use it this winter so I contacted All United Home Services on Thumbtack. They quickly scheduled an appointment for me. David arrived on time, even a little early. Called me first to let me know when he would arrive. He was careful and respectful of my home. He covered the area around the fireplace with plastic. He carefully cleaned the chimney and fireplace and did a very good job. There was a small crack in the fireplace which he repaired. I also opted to have it painted. I'm pleased with the outcome. It looks like new now and I feel I can safely use it again. I will call them again in the future if needed. Thanks David and Moe!

When I was shopping for a reputable company to repair my fireplace I received numerous offers and their estimates were in the thousands of dollars!! Well over priced!! After much research I chose All United Home Services due to their promptness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. They showed up the next day, assessed the project and provided a reasonable quote to replace only what was necessary to make my fireplace safe to use and look brand new! Also, they promised to have it ready to use by Christmas Day and completed the repairs 4 days early. Since then I’ve enjoyed using my fireplace every chance I get and I love it. I will continue to do business with Mike and Daniel for many of my projects from now on. No price gouging, just fair and reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

Great experience. A tiny glitch in scheduling, but it was easily resolved. These guys definitely know what they're doing. They climbed the roof to inspect our chimney and came back down with great news. Everything looked great from the top. They repaired a crack on the inside, sealed it and repainted it. Cleaned it thoroughly (it was really dirty), and left their work area spotless. We will definitely have them back. GREAT PROFESSIONAL WORK
