Hai is absolutely fantastic. He responded immediately to my inquiry and we scheduled a visit for him to diagnose the cooling issues with my refrigerator. Hai promised a one-hour window and he called to advise when he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a thorough explanation of the problem and contacted the manufacturer for repair authorization to cover the cost of parts. Hai was THE BEST!! He was communicative, punctual, and best of all gave me excellent advice on whether to repair or replace my refrigerator. He showed what was wrong, explained how he was repairing it and gave me tips on how to remove/replace shelves and drawers too.
