Our LG refrigerator water dispenser was very slow. Hal reviewed the water flow end to end and accurately diagnosed the issue. He also obtained the part same day and installed it , fixed our issue. If you have an LG refrigerator repair, Hal is the go to person. Do not waste time and money on "LG Authorized repair" shops who keep you waiting for weeks and send techs with no experience. Technicians like Hal who specialize in refrigerators are hard to find. Hal takes great pride in work and is an honest, reliable technician.

Hai was at my house within a couple hours of contacting him. He was very upfront and honest about repair options and prices. He had everything with him for the repair and told me all the steps he took, along with pictures, and advice for any future issues.
