I contacted them for a dryer repair and they happened to be in the area so showed up in 10 mins, and I knew it was a simple fix that I was incapable of doing — so Max got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They were in and out which was perfect because I needed it repaired in a short window! Will be using them for all my appliance needs

Our refrigerator had been on the blink for three days, incessantly beeping and forcing us to lose sleep and patience! It was diagnosed and we needed a new display board and control board. We ordered the parts from the manufacturer to get them in as soon as possible. The original appliance repair company quoted us a high price for installation. We passed. Assist Appliance quoted us a good price and Almas came in and installed the replacement pieces promptly and professionally. Very much appreciated! Great service!

I have a leaking washer. Talk to Akim who set me up with a same day appointment after 6 pm. My wife has previously call another company in the morning who told her that the washer has a defective valve. They need to come back with 2 tech since we have a stack washer and dryer. What a scam! Max, Assist Appliance tech came and diagnosed a loose hose right away. He was quick & professional. I help him remove the top dryer so he can tighten the loose hose. He cleans up everything and run a washer cycle to make sure everything is good and dry. I highly recommend Max
