Technician was knowledgable and diagnosed the issues really quick. Had problem with rusted screws which hindered the work, but he patiently worked to get the work done and didn't charge extra for the trouble. I would highly recommend Assist Appliance

Max constantly told me what was going on with my freezer. Did everything he could, even coming in off hours to make sure it got fixed. Even when the part needed was delayed due to shipping, he stayed in communication with me and was willing to come in the evening, should I want that, to get freezer back to working the moment part came in. Will definitely use Assist Appliance l, should I need their help, in the future.

I requested service because my refrigerator was not cooling. I received a call almost immediately. I got a same day appointment. The technician, Max, was excellent. Although my refrigerator had started cooling again before he arrived, he checked everything and did not find any problem. He explained what probably happened. I was impressed that he did not try and recommend any parts or services that I did not need. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Will definitely use this company again if I need appliance repair.
